Welcome Seafood Restaurant

Lately, I had some decent seafood dinner at this place called Welcome Seafood. What a way to name a restaurant eh ?. Might as well name it Come Eat Seafood. It all started when I had some cravings for prawns and I am a big fan of butter prawn. So we headed there for some seafood dinner.

We arrived early and booked ourselves a nice airy place. Talking about the service, the little old aunty waitress was very impatient taking our orders. That's a more polite way of saying RUDE.

Then comes the food.

Butter prawn. The butter prawn was good. The prawns were big, fresh and succulent. Writing this makes me wanna eat my laptop screen.


We also ordered some crabs and clams to go with rice. The vege however was a let down. We ordered a plate of sabah vege with belacan. No picture. Epic fail.

The crab tasted great and it was very fresh too. Better than the ones at Salut.

The clams were HUGE. haha. Bigger than what I am used to eat. The clams are big fresh juicy. One bite and all the juices flow into your mouth like the Niagara Falls. Clamgasmic. However, the sauce was a major let down. It was too thick, and sweet. So overall, 3/5 ok la. I reckon if it would taste better if it's cooked with chili or other style.

The place was crowded by the time we were done with our food. Left the place with a happy round stomach.
